Flat Saint gilles (2014)

 

The total area of ​​the flat was + or - 75m2 on 2 levels ( 95m2 floor area ) .

 

The challenge was to create at the first level a cozy and open space for a family with a baby and next create a room with a fonction a workshop/office, before the room was divided in two part.

 

At the second level there was a room originally but too small .Priority for customers was to make a large room for their child, sleepings area and games. The lower surface of the roof was used to make storage in both bedrooms . The smallest master bedroom parents had to be minimal and sober.

 

Sober lines and elegant, touch of colors , we wanted to create a universe with a strong identity , cozy and comfortable that meets the needs of its users.
